This sauna blanket is great! It uses Far Infrared layers. This gets nice and warm and allows for the body to sweat out the toxins. The blanket is made out of durable nylon fabric so it is super easy to wipe off and clean! A 1 hour session on this blanket burns up to 600 calories! I love how relaxed I feel after using this. It is always easy to set up and put away. It doesn't take up tons of space. I can't wait to keep using this as a warm up session, especially this cold season!

The infrared sauna blanket was of better quality than I was anticipating. It is very durable, easy to set up, use and clean. You definitely need to wear clothes and socks and recommend laying down a towel as well. It gets hot. I was able to tolerate the 60 minutes, but could not imagine increasing the temp until my body adjusts to this first. It was warm and snuggly, but the longer I was in, the more the sweat started to pour. I hydrated with cool water and took a cool shower. Loved it and can't wait to use this multiple times during the week.
